The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for SK Boafo Company, Mr. Seth Kwame Boafo has urged supporters of Asante Kotoko to have patience for club CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah.
The former Phar Rangers chairman was appointed as CEO for the Porcupine Warriors club in August 2020 and has since been working to restore the status of the club as one of the elites on the African continent.
While all has not been smooth sailing for Nana Yaw Amponsah, his godfather Seth Kwame Boadu is confident he will succeed.
The CEO of SK Boafo Company in an interview with Ashh FM has hence called on fans of Kotoko to provide him with the necessary support.
“Kotoko supporters should be patient with Nana Yaw Amponsah. We should allow him to work. I believe in him, he will do great things for Asante Kotoko,” Mr. Seth Kwame Boadu shared.
He continued, “With Nana Yaw Amponsah’s campaign message during his time when he was standing at the GFA Elections.
“I was the one going to sponsor the buses which NYA was going to give a bus to every club.
“We are helping NYA to succeed. I also feel there are lots going to go on at Adako Jachie.”
Meanwhile, the business mogul says he is open to serving as a board member for Asante Kotoko in the future if handed the opportunity.
