AS Trencin have completed the signing of  Ghanaian teenager Mohammed Lamine from Ghana National Division One side Accra Lions FC.

The 18-year-old was one of the best performers in the first round of the Division One League before the competition was suspended following the airing of the investigative piece by ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas on corruption in Ghana football.

He penned a multi-year contract with the club after several weeks of testing.

The Slovakian side have officially announced the signing of the highly-rated youngster on their website and hope he will be amongst the top players of their team in the future.

“Lamine is an offensive type of player, he is a good player, he does not care about the competition, we believe he will be among the top players of our team in the future.” Club PRO Martin Galajda stated.

“Is a great opportunity for him to hone his talent and for us also.”

Lamine will join his former Accra Lions colleague Osman Bukari Ghanaian player in the team.
