Ghanaian player Solomon Asante has been rewarded with his impressive showing in the USL with the Most Valuable Player Award nomination.
Asante has been on terrific form for his club side Phoenix Rising.
He joined the Arizona-based outfit prior to the campaign as a free agent after leaving Congolese giants Tout Puissant Mazembe.
Asante is facing stiff competition from Thormas Enevoldson, Emmanuel Ledesma, Khalton Belmar and Neco Brett for the Most Valuable player of the year.
