Songne Yacouba and his management have rejected Gh₵ 80,000 two-year offer from Asante Kotoko according to reports.

The talisman has been very influential in the Porcupines attack and Kotoko management believes the new contract given to the Burkinabe is the best offer the club can afford. His current contract will expire on February 2020.
The Burkinabe received GH₵ 30,000 in his previous contract which has been double GH₵ 60,000 for two years new offer.

Yacouba and his camp are uncertain but reports indicate his representatives will negotiate for the second time with Kotoko in the coming days if is possible to reach a new deal.
