The national team head coach of South Korea, Paulo Bento has admitted that his side is pitted in a tough group for the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
At the end of the draw for this year’s mundial, the Asian outfit has been drawn in Group H where they will face Portugal, Ghana, and Uruguay.
Speaking at a media conference, Coach Paulo Bento says his South Korean side will not have it easy.
"I belonged to a difficult group, but I will do my best to fight," the gaffer said.
According to the Portuguese tactician, South Korea will not plan for just Ronaldo when they face Portugal but will concentrate on the entire team.
"Ronaldo is the best player in the world and the best of all the players I have coached. Portugal has great players who play in the big European leagues in various positions. Ronaldo is a good player, but we should prepare a way to deal with the whole team rather than just focus on one player.
“It's my first experience, so it's new, but it won't be more than that," Coach Paulo Bento shared.
