Footballghana.com can report that Spanish club CD Hernan Cortes have signed 3 players from Star Makers FC.
The Spanish Tercera Division outfit has in the past few weeks been in talks with the Madina-based second division side over the possibility of signing a trio from the team.
The signed players include youngsters Baba Awal, Lucky Yaw James, and Albert Addo. All of them have been signed on a 1-year loan deal but could earn permanent deals if they manage to impress.
Following the successful transfers of the players, Star Makers president and CEO Issah Mohammed Kumasi says he is confident they will do well.
“I want to thank Almighty for successful negotiations with our Spanish counterpart CD Hernan Cortes. I know these young talents will excel with them and push the club to the next level”, he said.
The club president added, “There are more talks in the pipeline between us and Hernan Cortes and we pray it ends on a fruitful negotiation for the next future.
“We believe this trio will improve, mature, and develop as a great players through Hernan Cortes. Our prayers and well wishes are with them always.
