Special Competition: Hearts of Oak duo Daniel Kordie and Michelle Sarpong to miss Kotoko clash

Hearts of Oak will be without Daniel Kordie and Michelle Sarpong for the semi-final game against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko in the GFA Normalisation Committee Special Competition due to injury.

The duo is expected to miss the crucial game against the Porcupine Warriors at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

According to reports, Kordie picked up injuries during the team's preparations for game in Accra, while Sarpong has been out of action after sustaining a foot injury in the knockout stage of the tier-2 against Unistar Academy.

The winner of the all-important game will battle out with either AshantiGold SC or Karela United for the ticket to represent Ghana at the next season's CAF Champions League.
