Spurs pull out of Zaha interest

Tottenham Hotspur could withdraw their pursuit of Wilfried Zaha due to his decision to play for the Ivory Coast national team, if reports from The Telegraph are to be believed.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has long been an admirer of Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha and it is believed that Spurs will look to splash the cash in order to lure the 24-year-old to White Hart Lane next season.

However, Palace are demanding a whopping £30million for Zaha and reports have claimed that Tottenham chief Daniel Levy is not ready to fork out such a huge amount for the ex-Manchester United man due to his decision to play for the Ivory Coast national team, which will most likely see him go to the African Cup of Nations every two years and miss at least few weeks of action for Spurs.
