Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has dispelled rumours that he may be on his way out of the La Liga club, after announcing his decision to stay after the winter friendly in Saudi Arabia.
As reported byFourFourTwo, the Argentinian emphatically said: "I will not leave Atletico," following rumours linking him to the likes of Arsenal in the Premier League and Inter Milan in Serie A.

Ateltico were in Jeddah during their winter break from La Liga and played in a friendly against Saudi Arabia's oldest team, Al Ittihad at theKing Abdullah Sports City stadium on Friday evening.
The two time Champions League finalists won the game 3-2, which commemoratedthe opponent's90th anniversary, with goals coming fromJuanfran, a Fernando Torres penalty and Jose Giménez.

After the game, Simeon spoke to the club'sofficial website:"The fans could enjoy a great game. People were thrilled with the match because they got to see goals. The match was good for us because we could recover minutes for the King's Cup and LaLiga matches.
"I think he [Juanfran] played his whole life there. He's a player who always gives us alternatives, assists, depth... With Vrsaljko's present, a possibility has opened, although we won't always play like this."
