Steve Pollack, head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has praised his charges after their hard fought victory over Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Baba Mahama's goal was enough to give Kotoko the three maximum points in Match day 20 of the Ghana Premier League.

Speaking to the press in a post-match conference, Coach Pollack said he is happy for his players for the victory over Dwarfs.

"This was a very good result for us, it was an entertaining game for the fans and as a Coach I am happy for the players. The have really worked hard for this result.

"We capitalised on their setbacks to punish them. We realized their full backs were not the quickest so our wingers threatened them a lot.

"I am proud of the players for winning here today. Somebody told me

that no white coach has won here before, I am not white, I am black and I have come here to win.

"The opponents said they were going to repeat what they did here last year, I wasn't with Kotoko last year.

"My team do not talk, we do. Do is do and talk is just talk, my teams does what is asked of them", said Steve Pollack.
