Bernard Don Bortey believes he still has another 10 years of competitive football to play before he retires.
The 34-year old has been has been training with his former club Hearts of Oak with the view of sealing a return to the club.
Many doubt Bortey's fitness considering his age, but the three-time league winner with Hearts insists, he has 10 years more left on the pitch.
" I am not weak and i want to tell those who feel i can't play that i have 10 years more left to play football," he said
"I will leave the people of Ghana and Hearts fans to judge my performance at the end of the day.
"Hearts made me who l am today so if things are not going the way the supporters want we need to come in and help."
