Super Eagles winger, Nnamdi Oduamadi, on? Tuesday in Lagos visited and donated gift including cash to children of the Life Changer Orphanage in Festac Town.

Oduamadi defied the heavy downpour in the metropolis to reach the needy and donate to them, a gesture he said was his little way to touch lives.

The Italy-based star who only recently buried his late father, Vincent Oduamadi, in his home town in Umunkwo Eziumuenyi Village in Isiala Mbano,Imo State, admitted that the dark moment of losing his father still lingered, but said life must go on and he must live with it.

“That dark moment lingers but life goes on and I will have to live with it,” he began.

He continued: “I consider myself to be very lucky in life and where else to spend my break than with people who are not as fortunate as myself,”.

“The truth is these kids don’t have parents, so who cares? I guess we need to put ourselves in their shoes for a day. “The government has done what they can but each individual needs to make an impact and contribution as well, we must not always wait for the authorities?,” he said.?

Aside the exercise at the Orphanage, the 25-year-old also gave a speech at De Basic Innovation Schools Green field estate Ago Palace where the proprietor of the school Ogbuefi Udochukwu said the pupils had a nice time with the Super Eagles star.
