Kumasi Asante Kotoko are in talks with the representatives of Techinan City star Baba Mahama to sign him for next season’s Ghana Premier League.
Mahama emerged as one of the budding talents in last season’s Ghana Premier League.
He has already noted he will move away from the Techiman side for a new challenge following their relegation to the lower division.
Kotoko as part of strengthening their squad for next season’s league want to make Baba their first signing.
Hearts of Oak, Bechem United and newly crowned Ghana Champions WA All Stars are all reported to be in hunt for the midfielder.
