Techiman Eleven Wonders will escape relegation - Defender Amos Frimpong assures

Techiman Eleven Wonders defender, Amos Frimpong has insisted the playing body will fight to play in the Premier League next season.

The Techiman based side suffered a 2-1 defeat to Dreams FC in the matchday 30 games at the Theatre of Dreams at Dawu on Wednesday.

Wonders led the game with just 21 minutes played from the boot of Abdul Ganiu Abbas of which they held on into the break.

However, a double-free by Dreams FC’s Percious Boah in a space of 12 minutes, sank the Techiman based club.

The former Asante Kotoko defender is seated on jagged edge as they fight to win the remaining four games in the league.

“For now, my concentration is on how I can help Eleven Wonders escape relegation," the experienced defender said after the game.

“We have a target of helping Wonders escape relegation and that is my target for now," he added.

Wonders currently lie 14th with 33 points from 30 games but are not safe from the drop.

Eleven Wonders will host Berekum Chelsea at the Ohene Ameyaw Park in the matchday 31 games on Saturday.
