Star Madrid striker, Kojo Ghartey, has stated that it has not been easy adapting to the Ghanaian environment but he is making the effort to do so.
The 17-year-old spent most of his days abroad. He featured for Turkish side Goztepe in 2018.
Ghartey returned to Ghana in 2020 and completed his transfer to the Division One League side before the 2020/21 season began.
"It hasn’t been easy here compared to Europe just as to talk of playing facilities but as a professional player you have to adapt to any system wherever you find yourself," he told footballghana.com in an exclusive interview.
"I’m enjoying my stay here as a Star Madrid player."
He will begin his journey with Star Madrid on Wednesday.
