Head coach of Tema Youth, Edward Odoom has expressed satisfaction with his team's outing in their week 8 1-0 loss to Inter Allies at the El-Wak Sports Stadium on Monday.

The Eleven is to One lads returned to winning ways after two match winless run as they inflicted 1-0 victory over Tema Youth courtesy midfielder Wahab Ackwei's first half header.

But in the wake of the game, coach of Tema Youth Edward Odoom says he's content with the performance of his players despite their defeat.

“My players are used to playing on grass pitches but we managed the situation on this bumpy pitch very well. We were better than our opponents, who were just hoofing the ball and chasing it but we were tactically possessing the ball but it’s one of those things,” Odoom said.

“I’m satisfied with my boys despite the frustration from the officials because every 50-50 ball went their way but I don’t feel let down by that because at the end of the day it’s football, you win, draw or lose.”

Tema Youth maintained their 7th position on the log despite the lose with 10 points whiles Inter Allies shoots up to 12th with 9 points after match day 8.
