The Harbour City Boys suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Aduana Stars on matchday 12 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

According to the coach, the fitness challenges to his team contributed heavily to the defeat suffered in Dormaa.

“We lost many players coming into this match but we had to come and honour it. We have about 10 players on injury, which is not encouraging. The plan we brought into the game didn’t work the way we wanted it.

“We have the FA Cup next and we are forced to rest some players and hope most of the injured players return because they are the key players in this team,” Odoom explained.

Tema Youth travel to face second tier side EmmanuelFC in the Ghana FA Cup this weekend before returning to the Tema Stadium tohost Accra Great Olympics in a GHPL matchday 13 fixture on April 26.
