Veteran midfielder, Joseph Tetteh Zutah could miss Medeama SC’s clash against Hearts of Oak this weekend, footballghana.com can report.

The midfielder was in action for the Yellow and Mauve outfit last weekend when they defeated rivals Karela United 1-0 in the highly-anticipated Nzema derby.

On the Matchday, Joseph Tetteh Zutah who could not last the entire duration of the game picked up a knock and had to be substituted.

Although the injury is not that serious, it is understood that he is still in discomfort. As a result he is a major doubt for the team’s next game against Hearts of Oak.

The two Ghana Premier League giants will lock horns on Sunday, June 13, 2021, in a Matchday 30 encounter of the ongoing 2020/2021 season.

In his absence, Medeama SC gaffer Yaw Preko will have to devise a plan to ensure the team is able to compete and fight for a win when they take on the Phobians.
