Former Medeama SC trainer, Carlos Roberto Paulette has stated that the Ghana Premier League needs more assurances than when it started this season due to the impact of the coronavirus.
He also hopes that the Ghana Football Association could look beyond the cancellation of the competition as it could be a breakthrough for Ghana football.
“Ghana football including teams and more important players need to be rewarded for their work and contributions, this off playing time has caused great discomfort for everyone and players need to supported more than ever," he told 442 GH.
"I think if you can continue the league has to have assurances to fans and players more than it did at the beginning of the league.”
He is currently Director of Sports in one of the Colleges of Sports in New Zealand.
