There is pressure at Medeama but I’m ready to work hard to earn the right to play - Kudakwashe Mahachi

New signing of Medeama SC, Kudakwashe Mahachi has admitted that he is already feeling the pressure at his new club.

According to the versatile midfielder, he will work hard to earn a place in the squad of the Ghana Premier League champions to ensure he plays regularly.

“As you know the pressure is too high because the team won the league last season so for now we need to maintain that.

“As new players, we need to work hard and follow what they did last year,” Kudakwashe Mahachi.

The 29-year-old continued, “In everything there is competition, and as a player you need to work hard for your place to play.”

Having monitored the training sessions of Medeama SC, Kudakwashe Mahachi says he has been impressed.

He is now confident that with the squad that Medeam has, the team will be able to overcome Remo Stars of Nigeria in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
