Accra Hearts of Oak Captain Thomas Abbey has been named the club’s player for the month of July after following his sparkling form.
The midfielder scored four times and won two man of the match awards in the month of July.
Abbey has been rewarded by the club’s proud sponsors FERO Mobile GHANA with a FERO PHONE and a cash amount for winning the Hearts Player for the Month of July.
The versatile player won man of the matches in the games against Berekum Chelsea and Tema Youth in the Ghana Premier League.
Country Manager of Fero Mobile, Ajit Jain presented two phones and two big envelopes to Thomas Abbey at the Hearts Secretariat this afternoon.
Abbey is also in contention for the NASCO player of the month but faces competition from Berekum Chelsea’s Stephen Amankona and Elmina Sharks’ player Felix Addo.
