Ghana attacker Thomas Agyepong is set to join Scottish side Hibernian after their manager Neil Lennon confirmed a loan move for the Manchester City player.
The 21-year-old was reported to have agreed a loan switch to the Scottish side earlier last month, but the deal was held up by the wait for paperwork.
However, Lennon said the 21-year-old winger has already undergone a medical and will be arriving at the club in the coming days.
“We are just waiting on the paperwork as Thomas [Agyepong] has had his medical,” Lennon said. “He’ll be with us on a year’s loan.
“He’s very similar to Brandon [Barker], good with both feet, quick, good end product. He’s 21 years old, so he fits the profile.”
