Thomas Muller has singled out Hudson-Odoi as threat to Bayern ahead of their UCL encounter

Bayen Munich vice captain Thomas Muller says he’s already aware of the threat Callum Hudson-Odoi will pose ahead of Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash with Chelsea.

The Bundasliga champions were paired with chelsea during the draw for the Champions League knockout stage on Monday.

After a run of seven straight wins, Lampard’s side have registered just four victories in their last 11 games in all competitions and are struggling to find form with Hudson mostly starting from the bench.

"With Chelsea, I haven’t seen a lot of them besides their results, but it doesn’t seem to be going so well at the moment,’ Muller said after the Champions League draw.

"But of course they have players in their attack who can hurt us. ‘Hudson-Odoi and Christian Pulisic have qualities but football is not about individuals, it’s about team performance.

The teenager has not been given first-team chances over the past year, but he has made an impact at Stamford Bridge.

Hudson-Odoi’s more recent form for Chelsea hasn’t been particularly strong, but his potential is obvious.
