Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has revealed that Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey could be available for the Europa League showdown with Benfica on Thursday.
The 27-year-old was taken off against Aston Villa due to a muscular injury earlier in February and has been out for about two weeks.
Recently, the former Atletico Madrid star resumed training at the London Colney and according to the coach, has a chance of playing of Thursday.
"Thomas is very close. He's got a final test today. If he's feeling good he will be available to play the match," Arteta said in the pre match press conference.
Partey joined the club for 50 million euros during the summer in 2020.
