Arsenal is expected to return this weekend to cup duties, in a meeting at the Emirates with Newcastle United.
There was positive news from the club’s latest first-team training session, deputy Black Stars captain Thomas Partey was spotted among his teammates training.
Thomas Partey has not featured for Arsenal since early last month, after picking up a muscular problem during a 2-0 derby defeat at the hands of Tottenham.
He is back to full fitness and will likely feature against Newcastle United on Saturday.
