Thomas Partey was 'really good' against Manchester United - Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has lauded Thomas Partey for his magnificent performance against Manchester United on Sunday.

Partey dominated and won the midfield battle against Pogba and Bruno.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s penalty in the second half secured victory for Mikel Arteta’s side.

And Spanish gaffer lauded Partey's performance against the Red Devils at Trafford.

"He [Partey] was really good. I wouldn't like to talk about individuals because they all contributed a lot," Arteta told the press after the game.

"It was really hard and it's getting harder and harder to pick out the team but I know whoever I pick they are ready and giving absolutely everything and playing with a lot of courage.

"It doesn't matter where we go, it's a massive factor for me that they believe in our style of play," he added.

Partey will be aiming to continue his fine form on Thursday when Arsenal host Molde in the Europa League.
