Bayer Leverkusen defender, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has confessed that he is a big fan of the popular Ghana jollof meal.
The young full-back who can play as a center back or defensive midfielder is currently in Ghana where he is spending the summer holidays.
Speaking to Happy FM in an interview today, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has opened up on several issues.
Besides professing his support for Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko, the former Manchester United defender says he is a bag fan of the jollof prepared in the West African country.
“I have enjoyed a lot here in Ghana. The last time I was here was 16 years ago. I love Ghana Jollof and I enjoy King Promise music. He is a good musician,” he shared.
Although Timothy Fosu-Mensah represents the Dutch national team, he is of Ghanaian descent.
He appears to be having a good time in Ghana just like Callum Hudson-Odoi who has also been in the country since last week.
