Former Ghana defender Tony Baffoe wants to see competition in the Black Stars team.

The Black Stars have struggled to grind results in their last 4 games- all ending in a draw.

This many believe the current players have been complacent and want Grant to step up his game.

"I think is about time he (Grant) create competition in the team. I want to see the Black Stars team in 2006 which had massive competition,” he told Class FM.

“It is important for other players to be given the chance to know what they are capable of doing.”

“That I believe will bring the sort of competition we want to see in the team.”

The Black Stars will open camp today in Dubai ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Egypt.
