Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah is confident ahead of their round of 16 tie with Tunisia at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

The Black Stars will lock horns with the Carthage Eagles in a mouthwatering encounter at the Ismailia Stadium on Monday.

There is huge optimism in Ghana with fans expecting the Black Stars to triumph over the North Africans but Coach Appiah expects a tough game.

“Tomorrow’s game will be entertaining from both sides, and Tunisia is one of the strong teams in this tournament. I believe in my team and I am sure that they will perform well tomorrow and qualify,” Coach Appiah assured.

The Black Stars are seeking to end the country’s 37-year wait for an African title, having last won the trophy in 1982.
