Former management Member of Accra Hearts of Oak Isaac Tetteh has commended players of the club for their outstanding performance in the first round of the Ghana Premier League.

Accra Hearts of Oak are third on the league table after a difficult start to the season.

The phobians have been entertaining and exciting to watch putting a lot of the spot light on them.

The rainbow club has not won the league since 2009 and there is the belief that this is the year they might win the title again.

“Hearts is doing well. I have always said it’s all about time. But, I hope the confidence of the players continues and they show everybody Hearts is not just about the name,” he told Happy FM.

“Excuse me, the players know playing for Hearts means a lot, it’s not about just the name. They know they have to play and make a living for themselves,”

“When you wear the jersey Hearts jersey you are working for yourself and i believe the players have realize they can achieve something with the club so they are really playing their hearts out.”
