Turkish giants, Fenerbahce SK are on the verge of signing Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong, the local media has reported
Acheampong will join the club this summer in the impending summer transfer window.
According to reports, Fenerbahce is ready to take Acheampong on an initial six-month loan with an option to buy in January 2023.
Acheampong plays for Shenzhen FC in China and the possible move to Turkey is also seen as a master plan by his agent for the player to catch the attention of the Black Stars technical team ahead of the world cup in Qatar later this year.
The pacy forward has so far earned 23 caps for Ghana at the senior level scoring two goals and was part of the Black Stars team which featured in the 2015 and 2017 AFCON respectively.
His current contract with Shenzhen expires on December 31, 2024.
