Two Hearts of Oak players have been shortlisted for a top award and will by close of this month receive a massive prize.
The Hearts of Oak club in the last two month have enjoyed themselves especially players.
This is on the back of an outstanding display in the 2020/2021 Ghanaian top-flight league where the Phobians conquered the every contest they played in.
Besides emerging as Champions of the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season, Hearts of Oak also held on to beat Ashanti Gold SC in the final of the MTN FA Cup to complete a delightful double.
Now preparing for the next football season, two of Hearts of Oak’s players have been nominated for the Ghana Premier League player of the season award.
The two players included midfielder Benjamin Afutu and attacking midfielder Salifu Ibrahim.
The pair excelled in the season gone by and have been recognised for their efforts.
