U-23 Afcon qualifier: Black Meteors coach Ibrahim Tanko makes one change to starting XI for Gabon clash

Black Meteors head coach Ibrahim Tanko has made one change to his starting XI to face the Gabon U-23 side in the second leg tie of the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Ghana have travelled to face Gabon in the return leg encounter leg tie of the qualifiers.

Ghana have a huge advantage heading into the game following their 4-0 victory over the Gabonese in the first leg tie at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

SC Paderborn striker Bernard Tekpetey has been handed the starting role after Benjamin Tetteh was dropped from the squad that travel to Libreville on Sunday.

Goalkeeper Kwame Baah has maintained his place in the post after his impressive performance for coach Tanko's side.

Former Black Satellites skipper Kingsley Fobi and Gideon Mensah will operate the right-back and left-back position whiles Zakaria Fuseini and Musah Nuhu are the two center-backs.

Skipper Yaw Yeboah and Simon Zibo will be the middle whiles Joseph Paintsil and Osmanu Bukari operate the flanks.

In-form Kwabena Owusu and Bernard Tekpetey will lead the attack for the team this afternoon.

The match will kick off at 14:30.
