Asante Kotoko midfielder, Fabio Gama Dos Santos says he will be open to consider playing for Ghana if an approach is made.

The Brazilian midfielder has displayed impressive form since joining the Porcupine Warriors club and is now one of the team’s best players.

Speaking to Pure FM in an interview, Fabio Gama says he will be open to making a nationality switch to play for the Black Stars.

"Why not? [But] it’s not an easy decision to make. You have to talk with your family. I can’t say 'no' and I can’t say 'yes' right now," Gama told Pure FM on Thursday when asked whether he would be interested in switching his international allegiance,” the Brazilian midfielder noted.

The Asante Kotoko midfielder added, "It’s a decision that you have to think about very well.”

This weekend, Fabio Gama has returned to the Asante Kotoko squad after serving a suspension and will be available for selection when the team takes on Medeama SC at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
