Algerian giants USM Alger confirms deal with Asante Kotoko for the signing of striker Kwame Opoku

Algerian giants, USM Alger has announced that they have reached an agreement with Asante Kotoko for the signing of striker Kwame Opoku.

The two clubs in the last couple of weeks have been in talks over the possible transfer of the prolific striker.

On the back of fruitful talks, a deal has finally been reached to allow the former Nkoranza Warriors attacker to move to USM Alger.

“The management of the USMA informs his dear supporters that an agreement has been reached with his Ghanaian counterpart of Asante Kotoko SC for the final transfer of striker Kwame Opoku who will sign up for four and a half years,” the Algerian club announced on Monday evening.

Kwame Opoku is leaving Asante Kotoko to USM Alger having established himself as one of the most lethal strikers in the Ghana Premier League this season.
