Black Meteors of Ghana were in high spirit as they sang 'jama' ahead of their Africa U-23 Cup of Nations semifinal clash against Côte d'Ivoire on Tuesday evening.

Ghana will face their neighbours Côte d'Ivoire in the first semifinal match of the ongoing competition in Egypt.

Ghana advanced to the semis following a 2-0 win over Mali last Thursday.

A win for Ghana will see them secure a ticket to next year's Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan,

Coach Ibrahim Tanko and his lads were in their usual 'jama' session mood after completing their final training head of the encounter.
