Ghana's Black Meteors losing run continued on Saturday morning when they were defeated by ten-man South Korea in an international friendly.
Ghana's Black Meteors were beaten 3-1 by South Korea's U24 squad in a friendly at the Jeju World Cup Sports Stadium.
South Korea were down to 10 men with seven minutes to go before the break following Kim Jinya's horrific tackle on Great Olympics star Samuel Ashie-Quaye.
South Korea captain Lee Sangmee scored in the 17th minute after an early attack had been dealt with by Ghana's defenders.
The first half of the game finished with South Korea winning 1-0.
Despite being down to 10 men in the second half, South Korea maintained relentless pressure on Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin's men, doubling their advantage courtesy of Lee Suegmoo.
Coach Fabin Fabin brought on Samuel Obeng Gyabaa and Percious Boah.
Ghana scored through substitute Samuel Obeng after the Koreans went up 3-0 on the 66th minute thanks to a fantastic effort from Cho Guesung.
The two countries will meet again on Tuesday, June 15 at the Jeju World Cup Sports Stadium.
