Physical trainer of the Black stars Jamie Lawrence led a group of players through sessions in the gym on Thursday morning as part of plans to get the players in shape ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations slated for Gabon next month.

Players like Harrison Afful who wasn't with the team at the St. Thomas Aquinas school park on Wednesday afternoon joined the other players as head coach Avram Grant gets a fair idea on the Physical health of his players before officially naming his squad for the tournament.

The Columbus Crew defender took to his official Instagram account to share his work rate in the gym and challenge his teammates.
