VIDEO: Crystal Palace Boss Alan Pardew Makes Hilarious Gaffe Trying to Explain His Love for the NFL

Published on: 23 October 2016

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew extended his ever growing list of gaffes on Sunday when he was answering a few questions in his trendy baseball cap at Twickenham prior to the NFL clash between the New York Giants and the Los Angeles Rams.

Not content with embarrassing himself on national television with THAT terrible 'dance' during the FA Cup final at Wembley, Pardew was on national TV again, but this time making a complete hash out what should have been a simple answer.

As reported by theMirror, the former West Ham boss was asked a fairly straightforward question on what he felt were the differences in coaching in AMERICAN football and football in the Premier League.

He then answered that the NFL was 'almost like a foreign sport'. Eh? Maybe it was the buzz of all that glitz and glamour that follows American sports but Pardew definitely dropped the ball there.

Just 24 hours later, his Palace side were on the end of a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Premier League champions Leicester City and the 55-year-old was a touch more articulate in explaining afterthe game that his side were unfortunate with the scoreline.
