Ebusua Dwarfs have moved into the top four of the Ghana Premier League standings after defeating Inter Allies FC 2-0 on Saturday.

The Cape Coast-based club played as a guest to the Capelli Boys at the Accra Sports Stadium in a fixture that served as a matchday 13 encounter of the 2020/2021 season.

Although both teams played some delightful football in the first half as they chased the opening goal, neither side could get on the scoresheet and had to settle for a draw at the end of the first half.

Resuming the second half, Ebusua Dwarfs took control of the match and managed to score through Benjamin Acquah in the 71st minute to take the lead.

Six minutes later, Moro Sumaila scored to double the lead for Ebusua Dwarfs to seal a 2-0 win for the side at the end of the 90 minutes.

Having amassed the three points, Dwarfs have climbed to fourth on the Ghana Premier League standings.

They could however drop at the end of the matchday when all games are played.
