Ghanaian international Ema Twumasi was on target on Sunday to help his side Austin Bold FC post an emphatic 3-0 win over 10-man Rio Grande Valley (RGV) FC to win the inaugural Copa Tejas.
The on-loan attacker arrived early to meet an inviting cross inside the 18-yard box of the opponent before guiding his shot into the back of the net past RGVFC goalkeeper Nicolas Corti.
Having opened the scoring for Austin Bold FC, they went on to score two more and emerged as 3-0 winners at the end of an entertaining match.
Ema Twumasi is on loan from MLS side Dallas FC and is expected to continue his development at the lower division side for the rest of the season.
