Goalkeeper for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Felix Annan has taken to his official Twitter handle to celebrate the teams win over arch-rivals Hearts of Oak on Sunday afternoon to ensure they progressed into the final of the GFA Normalization Committee (NC) Special Competition.

The Porcupine Warriors cruised past the Phobians at the Accra Sports Stadium in an entertaining fixture which could have gone the way of the other side. The team after playing a 1-1 draw with the Rainbow boys at the end of the 90 minutes went on to win 5-4 on penalties to progress into the final.

Felix Annan who is currently with the Black Stars in Dubai missed the match as the first choice goalkeeper. Nonetheless, he streamed that match live on his phone with other teammates in Camp.

After the win, the player shared a short video on Twitter to celebrate what was a sweet victory.

He shared, “Thank You Guys. This Is What You Made Me Look Like After The Win. Congrats To Everyone And For The Fans Aswell! The Victory Is Urs”.

In line with that victory, Kotoko has booked a date with Anyinase based Karela United who also gave Obuasi Ashanti Gold the marching orders in the other semi-final match.

The grand finale will be played on June 30, 2019.
