Head coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kim Grant took his squad out for a workout session at the Koflex Gym at Ashalley Botwe earlier today as they intensified training in anticipation to the start of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians have been training for the last couple of months and have managed to engage in some friendly matches as well.
Tipped to challenge for the League title in the upcoming season, manager Kim Grant is leaving no stone unturned and is bent on getting his players fit before they open their campaign.
He was with the squad today when they hit the gym of Koflex which is one of their sponsors. The Rainbow lads engaged in several workout sessions with team manager Shaban Quaye joining in to burn some fats.
The 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season will commence on the weekend of December 27-29, 2019.
