The Phobians signed the player on a free transfer during the era of former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mark Noonan.

Shortly after, Karela United popped up to challenge the transfer whiles making a strong case that the player was still under contract with them.

Following months of back and forth discussions between the two clubs at the Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association, the Anyinase based side cleared Dominic Eshun to join the Rainbow lads.

Earlier today, Hearts has released a video to unveil the player for the second time but on this occasion on legal grounds.
