Ghana defender Baba Rahman completed his loan switch from English Premier League side Chelsea to German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 on Sunday after passing a medical. Rahman had to look for options elsewhere after Chelsea manager Antonio Conte told him he was not going to be part of his plans in the upcoming English Premier League season.
