Attacker Kwesi Appiah signed a deal with the Indian-based club today after leaving English League One outfit AFC Wimbledon in June 2020 following the expiration of his contract.
Appiah 30, joins Indian first-tier side NorthEast United FC as a free agent and will be reuniting with Gerard Nus who was recently appointed head coach of the club.
The former Crystal Palace and Cambridge United player's current market value is €250,000.
NorthEast United FC posted "A new face up front! Highlanders, welcome @kwes1appiah to the NEUFC family," on their official twitter page.
