Ghana forward Andre Ayew scored his 12th goal of the season after seeing his attempted free-kick come off Fernando and beat Joe Hart in post for Manchester City.
The Ghanaian ended the campaign as the highest goal scorer for the Swansea this season and will be delighted with his return after joining from Marseille in the summer.
