Ghana striker Caleb Ekuban registered his name on the scoresheet today when his Trabzonspor side whipped Çaykur Rizespor 5-2 in the Turkish Super Lig.
The attacker has been forced to miss a lot of games this season due to several injury setbacks he has suffered.
Having regained fitness in the past month, he has been enjoying minutes by coming on as a substitute in games.
On Match Week 24 of the Turkish Super Lig today, Caleb Ekuban was called into Trabzonspor’s starting lineup due to the recent injury of forward Daniel Sturridge.
The Ghanaian did not disappoint as he netted his team’s second goal of the match which handed the side the lead for the first time in the match.
His impressive display on top of his goal helped Trabzonspor to cruise to a heavy 5-2 win over Çaykur Rizespor.
