German-born Ghanaian attacker Kevin-Prince Boateng found the back of the net today to help Besiktas draw 2-2 against Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig at the Vodafone Arena.
The forward who is on loan from Italian Serie A side Fiorentina was handed his second start since joining the Turkish side to fight for 3 points.
On the match day, Besiktas conceded after 5 minutes into the first half to send Trabzonspor into the first half break in the lead. In the second half, KP Boateng connected to a low cross as he found the back of the net with a fine effort to restore parity for his side.
At the end of the 90 minutes, it all ended 2-2 with another Ghanaian, Caleb Ekuban climbing off the bench to feature for Trabzonspor.
