Wa All Stars boosted by the return of skipper Hafiz Adams and four others

Defending Champions of the Ghana Premier League, Wa All Stars have been boosted by the return of captain Hafiz Adams, right back Nicholas Mensah, Nasiru Moro and midfielder Kweku Asuandzie Baffoe from injury.

 

The four players who have been down with various injuries are expected to return to full scale training later this week following several successful sessions in the gym.

Stawalts Hafiz Adams and Nicholas Mensah are yet to taste the Ghana Premier League after eight game weeks but their return will enhance the team’s chances of defending the title they won last season.

Kweku Asuandzie Baffoe sustained a head injury in match week two outstanding game against Bolga All Stars.

The champions can however call on their injured quartet in two weeks’ time with Nicolas Mensah, Nasiru Moro, Kweku Asuandzie Baffoe and captain Hafiz Adams all getting closer to the pitch.

Three of the star studded crocked players returned to light training with Nicolas Mensah set to join them next week.

The absence of the injured players have left the technical team of the Wa based side in limbo with many players drafted to fill in as improvised players.

Kweku Asuandzie Baffoe will be ready for the WAFA game whiles Hafiz Adams, Nicolas Mensah and Nasiru Moro will have to wait two weeks more for an entry onto the playing pitch.

Wa All Stars are currently fourth on the league standing with 12 points and a game in hand against West Africa Football Academy.
